They have such a lovely home and the location is far from the city centre but commute is very easy! They also cook very well! I wouldn't want to miss breakfast from them ever. “Hotel is first class. Staff are all so lovely, pleasant, helpful. Food, accommodation and all round excellent. Stayed many times and always excellent.”

“The hotel is like a number of seperate, large houses, joined together and therefore the rooms are large and very grand. The room we had had a large separate bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Due to the way the blocks are connected it is a bit of a maze but that adds to the character, however, there are a lot of stairs and no lifts (that we saw) so it isn't ideal if you have mobility issues. The front desk is manned 24/7, handy for heading back late/early after the pub. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the top of Byres road and is fairly close to a busy road so you do get road noise, especially in the morning. Overall a lovely place to stay.”
