“Arrived early was blue to use car park and visit City Centre enjoyed Exeter. Returned later and checked in decent room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was decent but they served Tea in coffee pot and vice versa ?. ”

“About 20mins walking to 2 main train stations. Short walking distance to the town centres and attractions. Breakfast is just bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and baked beans. Cereal, bread and muffins also available. Stayed 4 nights, have same for breakfast each morning. No free car parking. ”

“Last minute decision to stay due to its location next to the highway. Clean room but a few minor broken things like the shower door, lamp shade and curtain ties. Very small, lovely comfortable bed and staff are pleasant. Though the sign says food and alcohol they are only providing rooms, which makes business sense if they aren't that busy. However, you can take a very short walk next door as they have both food and drinks or across the food to the servo. More than adequate for a comfortable night's sleep. ”
