“We stayed for one night and it was easy to get to . Great instructions on how to catch the bus from the airport. Room was located up a flight of small stairs so it was quite challenging with our big luggage. Bed was super comfy. There was a mini bar fridge outside the room with milk and cereal which was a lovely gesture. Situated along a busy road, expect to hear road noise . It was a 10 min walk from the bus stop we alighted at from the airport . Owners were very responsive. ”

“We booked this room months ago requesting a room on an upper floor. When we checked in, front desk gave us a room on the ground floor stating it was all they had left. It ended up being a handicap room with the most uncomfortable shower due to it was so open and a medical chair was in the way to shower comfortably. The lady at the front desk was quite unhappy. She seemed rushed and angry. Not welcoming at all. The room, however, was a good size I'm guessing due to the fact that it was wheelchair accessible, but we still preferred a regular room with a regular shower. Previously, we thought the hotel location was very close to the airport, but it was not. However, since there is no shuttle to the airport we had to call an Uber which was extra time and money considering how much we were already paying for the room we did not enjoy. The hotel is in an industrial park and not conveniently close to restaurants. So really there is no choice, but to hope there are reservations available at a convenient time to dine in their restaurant.”
