“Very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and good hosts who were helpful but discreet. An easy walk to sites of interest and also well located for shops and cafes. It looked nice on the ad but was a lovely surprise by being even nicer in reality.”

“The hotel has everything you need to relax or not. Plenty of places within walking distance for food and going shopping. My only fault I could give is that after a swim there is no facilities to put you wet clothing in. Like a bag or maybe they could invest in a spinner for swimwear. But over all a great trip. “It's a little way out of town, about half an hour's walk to the centre of Dundee, but it was convenient for an event I was attending. No breakfast/restaurant/bar, but there was a well-equipped kitchenette. The Raindance shower was great and it was a nice touch to provide essential oil toiletries. Almost best of all, umbrellas are available to borrow which came in very useful!”

“Please be aware that we were billed twice for this accommodation- once through Agoda and a second time directly by Malmaison after the first night of our two night stay. In checking out we were informed there was nothing to pay as the accommodation had been billed and paid through Agoda. We have now left the country and have tried multiple platforms to get our money refunded to no avail. The battle continues…”
