“Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious rooms but the mattress dips in the middle so they must be very old. Pillows way too firm and the room was freezing and takes a while to heat up with the heater provided”

“booked a room with twin beds and was given a room with a double bed, not the worst we can manage, then the bathroom had ants all in it all over the sink and the vanity, there were no toiletries in the room, the tv had only music channels which it said we had to pay for, half of the plug sockets just didn’t work at all, there was a lamp on the wall with no covering so open live wires which was a danger, in addition the floor in the bathroom was quite literally peeling and the key cards stopped working, staff seemed very judgy and i felt like i was being watched the whole time. the hotel itself wasn’t very clean at all and i will never ever be staying here again, i paid for a 2 day access pass to the wifi and the wifi stopped working for me after a few hours asking me to pay again and the radiator in the room was broken so the room was constantly overheating”
