“I had requested a bath tub ( I only have a shower at home) but when I got there we had been given a room without, the reception staff were very helpful and found us another room with one 😊 The breakfast was disappointing, it was very busy they had run out of white bread and only had very cheap squashed wholemeal sliced, there were no eggs, beacon or tomatoes left,I waited around for a while but very slow in restocking, no continental cheese or ham, no honey . If I return I'd probably walk over to Morrisons for breakfast.”

“Stayed here over Christmas 2022, but visited friends for festivities. Room was clean and spacious but vanity sink was cracked and under rim of vanity top around the sink was a brown stain which could have been from installation but it looked unsightly when sat on the loo lol Shower mat was black mould stained and so was the shower curtain which was a shame as everything was good. I reported that the kettle in my room was switching off a few seconds after switching on with a cold water fill, and I had to hold it down to get it to boil on Christmas Day, this was not resolved by the time I checked out on Tuesday morning. I chose a quiet room and it was definitely quiet so sleeping wasn’t an issue. They are due for refurbishment and so the issues with the bathroom will be resolved once this has been undertaken I guess. Food at breakfast was varied and fresh and delicious. Ranged from fruit and yoghurt, cereals, pastries to hot cooked breakfast buffet. Stay was enjoyable.”
