“Brilliant location for the tram and buses as they both stop right outside the hotel .Good price ,nice and warm the staff were all really nice but the beds were rock hard in our room so not had a decent kip all week and the noise from other room doors closing is bad.The room above ours sounded like it had a herd of rhinos in it when they were in.Needs some sound proofing but overall a good hotel for the price.”
