“Hôtel relativement bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du quartier du Panier et du Vieux Port de Marseille. Arrêt de tram et bus devant l’hôtel et parking souterrain à proximité avec un partenariat avec l’hôtel. Chambre et salle de bain propre et d’une bonne taille. Attention aux bruits pour les chambres qui donnent sur la rue (simple vitrage?)”

“First day it took them 20 minutes to FIND a hairdryer. Nobody knew where to surch for one. Second day the room had not been made. We had a No disturb sign at our door until 10a.m. when we left and were told that in such a case we should have informed the reception!? We were told by a lady that the hotel had outsourced cleaning to her company and that time for each room was very reduced. The room itself, even if made for people in a wheelchair, was everythingt than adapted to handicaped people (who are often accompanied by not handicaped one) No wardrobe, no fixture for clothes, space on each side of bed very reduced! On one side not even 50cm moreover with a TV fixed in that space. So access to bed was even difficult without a wheelchair. If a handicaped person had the idea to turn on one of the lamps in the second room (sort of office) his arm would never have been long enough. In order to use the only electrical outlet in that room, he would have had to crawl into the corner near the sofa. In the bath room, where fixture for the shower head and mirror (without light in a dark corner!) over the washbasin were not fixed high enough to be used by non-hadicaped people, you had to pass the open shower zone to get to the basin, so after a shower, you had to pass the wet floor, and even tha space in front of the toilet was then wet. Breakfast was OK and you had free coffee, tea, cold water and sparkling warer at your disposal all the day over ”
