“Attractive hotel close to Plaza Mayor . Clean modern rooms. Staff efficient . First night air conditioning not working which made the room for too hot and stuffy, unfortunately no solution on first night but air con was activated on day 2. Bar/Cafeteria could do with friendlier staff and a contingency if raining .”

“Once we got there we loved the hotel. The food staff and wonderful castle was well worth it. However we would not go again or recommend friends to do so. The small cobbled streets are terrifying and extremely narrow. If you have a big car I doubt they would be able to get through without damage. We are glad we tried though as eating dinner in the beautiful garden was a memorable evening. ”
