“For us two, the value of this hotel was really exceptional. The students are often shy but are always supervised to do their best, they are learning so some are hearty and friendly (kitchen staff, reception), some want their day to pass, but well, they are young! One young waitress student spoke english to us, a bit spanish to the other table, so practising, this really impressed us for such a young girl. The breakfast was actually great, really wonderful. The cocktails were tasty, especially mohito, the rooms were spacious and very practical, cleaned daily and location was silent. Parasasa beach is OK for snorkeling, a bit wavy. Pool was nice, protected from the wind. If you got a rental car, this is an honest place to explore the island from, parking is there. We would totally recommend it to anybody, rarely we find such a functioning accomodation working with a useful mission!”

“It is important to make it clear that this hotel does not have a beach. I say this because when I booked it, based on the photos, I understood that it did. To go to the beach in front of the hotel, you have to pay 17 dollars per person. So you have to see if it is worth the cost-benefit. I booked the deluxe apartment and, contrary to the description, it overlooked a parking lot and not the inside of the resort. The apartment is large, complete, new and excellent. Apart from the terrible view, what I didn't like was that the bathroom smelled of a drain and one of the bedrooms had a leak in the ceiling and had a strong musty smell. I liked having a large apartment, full of amenities, being able to cook food, having a sofa, etc. But the musty smell, the drain and the view really disappointed me. I paid for one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, this kind of thing should not happen.”

“Surprised this hotel has No Gym,, Breakast varities limited . Location was good . cleaning room needs to be reminded ,, walk in at 3pm room was still not cleaned . Had to wait . breakfast was ok .. i would give 5 star out of 10 star. ”

“My partner and I stayed at the art hotel to celebrate our anniversary and pride. Everything was perfect. We were even given complimentary brut and a welcome note that wished us well. Location was great! & brunch at the downstairs lemon tree restaurant was yummy. There weren't TVs in the room but I think it was a nice touch/ opportunity to unplug rather than a con. My only feedback is for the property to hire some of the beautiful people from the island. I noticed majority of the guest facing staff were blonde haired and white. Hopefully there are not exclusionary hiring practices at play since the island is very diverse. ”

“Rooms are clean but some challenges with room. Room is simply a room and a bathroom. There is only a small shelf to put clothing. Bed is very high above floor. Some staff was very helpful - typically there is one person at front desk during the day. Parking: Most days, we could find parking on the street but some days required driving around streets several times to find a spot. Hotel was very good for what we needed - a base for going out to various snorkeling sites each day.”
