“Excellent hotel, the rooms are massive and you stay in your own little lodge, ours had an amazing view of the volcano and was equipped with 2 comfy beds and air conditioning, a good distance from a few good restraunts and a quick drive into La fortuna, would definitely recommend ”

“The hotel, booked through Agoda, required a downpayment so we paid for a night although we did not stay there. So, I'm writing a review. We made a last minute decision to stay in the La Fortuna area due to a bad stomach. And, we tried to book a room here. It took an hour for confirmation. We were in need of a bed and found another place although we thought Kokoro looked nicer. When the confirmation came through, we drove to Kokoro to stay there. Upon arrival, we were dismayed by the state of the hotel. We walked in and walked out. Not worth the money and went back to the cleaner, nicer place (for less money) we had booked in La Fortuna down the road. They have my money so they can also have my opinion. Not worth it. ”

“Very clean rooms. Hot springs are well made, enjoyed them. Beautiful property. Rooms are not that pleasing, its clean but maybe dated. We stayed there one night. ”

“The resort is awesome but few things needs attention. We got bigger room due to leak but other room had its own problems. The shower was not working properly and bed sheets had blood stains. The customer service at front desk needs to be more welcoming otherwise overall best hot springs in the area.”
