“Simply the best experience. Every single need or want is attended to by the staff. Everyone is kind and pleasant. The facilities are absolutely mind-blowing. The pools are gorgeous and the restaurants tasty and fairly priced. The resort hot springs are heavenly. The rooms are simply indescribable. The birds, view, and private pool are beyond compare. Keep in mind that the pools are sourced by natural volcanic springs, and the water is only turned over every 3-4 days so temperature does vary a fair bit. However, all-in-all, this resort is known as one of the best in the world for a reason. You cannot go wrong booking this stay.”

“This is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed in. It is more than 5 star from all perspectives 1. Facilities- the rooms are amazing 2. Staff - incredibly friendly and there are so many of them That you don’t have to wait for anything - you want ice delivered in your room - less than 5 mins, need a golf cart ride to restaurant- less than 5 mins, dinner service / servers are amazing etc etc 3. Amenities- 5-6 great restaurants in resort, pools, bars, yoga classes, nature walk, thermal pool, etc 4. Location - close to all activities if you want to do any outside the resort. We did none till we checked out as we wanted to enjoy the amenities inside the resort 5. Price - you will pay a high price but it is with it”

“We reserved a chato suite with private pool and it has a fantastic view of the Arenal Volcano and is immaculately kept. Also, the breakfast buffet was large and varied. The only downside was that we discovered several roaches and lizards in the room and had to contact their personnel, but other than that, it is a great facility and well worth the price.”
