“Good Hotel right in the centre of Medellin, near the areas for food and entertainment. El Poblabo and Lleras Park are walking distance and it's safe to do so. But can Uber it for $2 if needed. Hotel has all the amenities needed and I liked the pool area to relax during the day. The breakfast included is ok , and staff is polite and courteous.The Santa Fe Mall is also 5 mins by Uber and has everything you need , including a supermarket at the bottom. This hotel is a good place to stay for a few days in Medellin if you want to be close to the action”

“Staff was great. Hotel is ultra modern, bed super comfy and view from window was pleasane...less than 10 minutes walk to some really great restaurants and a mini mart. Two Malls are 3 minutes away by Uber which is easy to access. Moving around is quite easy and the front desk will help you to arrange all your activities to explore medellin. The lack of a pool and a gym is a draw back since other hotels within the same price range in the area offers them. I read reviews on other hotels about noise..that is NOT an issue here! I would recommend if a pool or a gym is not that important. Area is great and safe!! ”

“The location is a little far away from the center of Poblado (about 15-20 minutes walk). The breakfast was very good, simple. fresh and delicious. What makes this hotel exceptional is its staffs. everyone I met is very friendly and helpful, especially Lina at the front desk who speaks excellent English. She is very nice and patient, , answered my all questions and gave great advice. She even lent me her own metro card. Highly recommended!”

“The suite was excellent and big clean room. The staff are courteous especially the front desk lady who checked me in. The breakfast buffet has a decent spread. The hotel is close to several malls and restos. Also a 15 min walk to El Poblado. Highly recommended to stay here!”

“Llegamos y fuimos atendidos por un personal de gran calidad, me ayudaron con un chek in temprano y hasta una habitación más cómoda me ofrecieron, hubo un problema con el a/c pero eso no dañó mi estadía, este Hotel es amigable con las mascotas, Lo cual me gustó demasiado . Personal altamente calificado en la satisfacción total del cliente, no tengo críticas, solo elogios; sin duda alguna regresaré.”
