“The biggest + is its location other than that, I think it is such an overpriced hotel. Most of their staff is quite kind, and willing to help, but we did encounter a couple of employees at the reception desk that when faced with a complain about the room were utterly rude and simply pointed me at a number to file a complain! The rooms are not really that clean. The lamps, air vents, and sheets and not properly cleaned and you can see the age of the hotel. Walls, carpets, and bathrooms all could see some damage. It is not the end of the world. but that is not something you would expect for something of such price even its location. I would 100% recommend choosing other hotels in the area, across the street even with the same or even cheaper prices. Our room didn't even have a kettle/water bottles/ hair dryer etc. Even though Agoda and other sites indicate that it does have. This are minor details but then just be straight about it when booking. I would not stay again. Breakfast is just ok nothing out of this world and the food selection is not that wide. My parents stayed before and had a much better experience. This time around however, was our last time time at this hotel and hotel chains. Pretty disappointed. ”

“셔틀버스가 1시간에 1대라, 재수없으면 나처럼 45분 기다릴 수도. 근처 다른 호텔 보니까 호텔셔틀이 자주 있는 호텔도 있던데, 셔틀버스 대기 시간이 싫은 사람은 패스할 것. 근처에 쇼핑몰이 있어서(걸어서 3-5분 거리) 위치는 만족. 덕분에 콜롬비아 뜨기 전 잠깐 쇼핑. 저녁에 룸서비스로 파스타 시켜 먹었는데, (셔틀버스 기다리느라 저녁에 너무 늦게 도착해서 근처 식당들 문 다 닫음) 생각보다 맛있었음. 단 좀 비쌈. I waited for their shuttle at the airport to the hotel for about 45 mins and it was very tiring. They said they run it only once an hour. Considering the shuttle bus waiting time, I'd stay in another hotel which have more frequent shuttle bus. If you're okay with it, then it's recommended. It's location was perfect, located nearby a shopping mall. I bought some stuffs before leaving Colombia. Ordered a room service for dinner since I arrived very late (because of the shuttle bus waiting time all o ther restaurants in the area closed) and I loved it! It was so good.”
