“Hotel is standard of service apartment. Location is not as good. But the room is big with washing machine. Breakfast is good and wide spread. Room is clean but with minor spots of dirt”

“The room is perfect. Beautiful view. Everything was perfect until we realized that the air conditioning was not working well. The temperature could get up to >23 degrees even when we tried to turn it down. It makes the room warm and humid, even outside was much more comfortable. To make matters worse, the smell of cigarettes in the room was noticeable throughout our stay, even though the hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, even though they could not do much about the air quality and air conditioning, they offered us a fan and an odor repellent spray, which put our minds at ease. When we checked out, we were given a box of beautifully wrapped chocolates to apologize. Thank you.”
