“The hotel location is quite good! Directly across the Biblioteca Nacional de Chile ( National Library ), the hotel is within a 5-min walk to other interesting sites such as the Cerro Sta Lucia where the Castilo Hidalgo ( Hilltop Castle from the 1800's ) is located. Upon exiting the hotel, to your right is the underground entrance to the Subway. A short walk will bring you to the Feria Artesanal Sta Lucia where you can spend an hour or two shopping. Don't forget to try the fresh fruit shakes. A 15-min walk will bring you to the Barrio Lastarria area, a nice and quiet Bohemian neighborhood where you can find good restaurants. Highly recommended for good Chilean cuisine are the following restaurants: 1. Chipe Lbre 2. Quitral Don't miss out on the awesome helados and paletas at Emporio La Rosa, voted by The Daily Mail as the one of the best ice cream in the world. The hotel is well maintained, despite it being an old one. The breakfast buffet lacks creativity, though. It was the same food all throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for our group, so we can definitely consider staying here again.”

“On the broucher it states that the hotel has a pool when I booked the room I wanted a shower not with bathtub when asked the front desk they told me I had to pay an extra 200 usd for a shower and what’s worse one night I got woken up around 23:45 by someone opening the door to my room the hotel gave keys to my room to another person and no explanation or excuse was given poor management won’t be staying there again ”
