“Location is within city center. There is a free shuttle for train transfers. The resto staff (the one in the counter during bfast) and the one welcoming guest to seat for dinner need to improve customer service. The bfast selection is limited and need to improve also. ”

“When I arrived, I was given an upgrade to a bigger room. I arrived late and they were able to do a light dinner for me. Eggs, Veg and bread which cost 18 bucks. Room was clean and neat. Quiet even though it was right in front of the train station. Trains arrive in an interval of 1hr. Easy access. Only down side is the building has no lift. So anyone carrying heavy luggage has to be prepared to climb stairs with it. Overall experience was great. Would stay again.”

“To attraction place like St.Moritz lake is very near, only 1 issue, the hotel actually didn't have signboard, you can't see any Hotel Piz from the building, we was searching around for more than 30 min, end us ask the shop owner and it just opposite us !!”
