“Location is good, very close to bus stop of D12/D13 with direction to/from airport. Hot breakfast is a huge plus. Room is clean with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. ”

“I was on hold a long time, for this location. Staff we not helpful by phone. There was an incident in the hallway and our room phone didn’t work. Security did show up quickly, 3 times. Location, attached to hospital was great. Elevators and hallways could be better cleaned. Room was fine and open. I expect more from a $*** room. ”

“I paid a good price for my room. But it was dissapointing. It was in the 9th floor across from some type of Outdoor tour event and so my room.captured noise until 11 pm. The lovely toiletries in the room were so low in each bottle you couldnt shampoo or condition your hair. ?? Why would this not be properly managed? The heater was fast to warm the room and the bed was nice. The restaraunt has high prices and nothing more reasonable for a snack..Appetizers $25 to $28. salads $24. A full meal starting at $33.”

“Breakfast spread is good but the preperation leaves a lot to be desired from sausages to bacon, needs to be better. The online hotel reservation needs to add a note to enter from Smith street, the street which has parking entrance and not Portage Avenue. You have to go around the whole block from Portage Avenue”

“Front desk is rude when we got there. Delta is usually my go to hotel but the front desk that time was rude and just wanted to be RIGHT instead of listening and then trying to explain. If you want to be respected, then please know how to respect too. Thanks. :)”
