“For the price I paid for the spot, the staff were extremely unhelpful at the desk, restaurant staff literally accused me of ripping off their Buffet, saying im bringing food up for someone else when I was literally staying by myself, breakfast is early, so of course I’m tired and wanted to go back to my room for some sleep, wtf”

What stood out was the staff who were all very professional and courteous! The lobby was beautiful and the location was excellent. Will book again soon! ”

“Muir is what we consider the highest class hotel Halifax have to date. The valet service. They water. The staff to take you to your room. There is something for every group. We had young children and they did have some welcome kit for them. We checked in for my child's birthday and he did get a little birthday treat. It was very thoughtful. We were able to go to the pool during family time. We love that they are inclusive of all their guests. They have family time, they have adult only time for the pool. Something for everyone. We highly recomment Muir. If you are visiting Halifax and would like to stay downtown Halifax. This is the hotel.”
