“Arrive after midnight. When I checkin I was advised that there was a billing issue with Agoda and the hotel, and if I didn't fix it I would be charged twice. I was also informed that it was their policy not to call the booking site to resolve the problem. I was to talk to the manager at 11am next morning. At 11am next morning the manager was didn't show up for work. At 12:30 a different manager showed up. They told me exactly what to put in the email to Agoda. Why didn't they do this themselves before the checkin, is that it's there policy. Problem was resolved in a hour. My issue is if I don't know what went wrong why am I the intermediary between the hotel and Agoda. I didn't send the money or receive the money so why do I the person who knows nothing about it need to fix it. Hotel was good but it was ruined by the checkin policy.”
