“The room was satisfactory, however, it was quite noisy. It seemed like there was a dance party happening on the floor above us, and the noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3 am. I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends anymore.”

“the staffs are nice approachable and helpful. from reception to housekeeping and bellman. i appreciate their respectful and positive gestures. the location is safe and near to all attractions. the room is clean and spacious. furnitures are old but still ok . the tv is ordinary not smart tv. the hotel is old fashioned but i like most is the view from the pool its relaxing ambiance. i hope they will change tv to smart tv and pool upgrade to heated pool. thank u agoda and elite seef staff. ”

“Unlike the baggage carrier who was away for more than an hour, the reception representative was excellent and exceptional. He was very informative and always in communication while finishing other customers then he was the one who took my luggage to the room. The shift changed to a lovely and friendly Philippino lady who helped my fiancé in many ways due to an emergency which happened unexpectedly. The cleanliness of the toilet was poor, it had a lot of fungal in the edges and the toilet seat was dangerously scratched which hurt anyone who uses it. Front-end amazing - back-end extremely pooor”
