“I enjoyed staying in this hotel, the location was perfect a street across from the beach. Easy to walk to the beach or take the free golf cart. Beautiful pool and nice restaurant near the pool for food and cocktails. Easy to walk to all restaurants on palm beach strip at night. Room decent size. The only downside of this hotel was the attitude of some of the staff, particularly those on the front reception. They seemed unhappy and unwelcoming. I had a problem with my air conditioning and they laughed in my face. They couldn’t do less for you. Also some of the staff at the beach were unhelpful, they kept saying they’d called the golf cart but didn’t see them do it and golf cart never came. Vlad at the beach however very helpful and Jose at reception always working super hard.”

“We loved our stay at Amsterdam Manor! The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was great with a nice beach right across the street. The pool area is very nice and peaceful. This is a place for those seeking a more peaceful and laid back setting.”

“I have mixed emotions concerning Brickell Bay. We needed a room for just one night and it’s high season in Aruba. Cost wise, it wasn’t horrible. The staff was super nice. The hotel just seemed really run down. Our shower leaked out onto the floor and we had no hot water. Staff said boiler was being fixed the next day. They did have some contractors on site doing tile work. We sat by their pool for a short time. It was ok. I guess if I were going to Aruba for a nice vacation, I would want to stay in a nicer place on the water. Once again, the staff was nice, hotel just wasn’t. Should we need one night somewhere again, I’d probably stay somewhere else.”
