“We have been coming for many years here however this year I am beginning to see signs of cheapening the Ritz experience. Paying $450/day for a poolside Cabana to then have to deal with cheap plastic flags for service vs a real human being is awful. Also, there are no hammock floats being replaced by cheap plastic tubes. If this is the beginning of a lesser experience we will not return to this property. ”

“We loved our stay at Amsterdam Manor! The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was great with a nice beach right across the street. The pool area is very nice and peaceful. This is a place for those seeking a more peaceful and laid back setting.”

“The hotel has a great location on Palm Beach. Open floor lobby is not your actual hotel lobby. Rooms were clean but some of the cleaning staff didn't speak English for good communication. The front desk seemed a bit understaffed and few times there was a wait of 5-10 minutes just to ask a simple question. Hotel restaurants seem overpiriced compared to excellent variety of restaurants just accross the street from the hotel. Overall good experience.”
