“The location was pretty central, near the city as well as the park across the road. Public transportation is nearby. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy. The elevator was out of order, so had to climb stairs and carry our bags to our room on the upper level, so that was a big inconvenience- and looked like they weren’t actively looking to fix it either. The hot water shower barely had any pressure, so it was a hard task just to have a shower. The facilities were like a 4 star hotel, but service was like a 3 star. The check-in process was painfully slow and other patrons were having issues as well, which caused a line up. The hotel needs to invest in a better system. The staff looked lost and were scrambling most of the time. But once everything was done and you get settled, the minor inconveniences are not much of an issue. The hotel location is nice and quiet so you get no local noise.”
