“The staff were excellent, Very helpful and courteous. They did upgrade our room from a the 2nd floor to the ground floor. Thankyou. The rooms do have a fridge but if you need to use a microwave you have to go to reception. The inbuilt restaurant is excellent as seem to specialise in steak. I had chips and they were good. Staff in the restaurant again were super nice and helpful. Its close to Sunshine and St Albans which has alot of good Vietnamese restaurants and grocers around. Sunshine is easier for parking. The laundry was locked so I guess its only for staff to do bedding washing. The rooms have been updated but feel like they need to given some more love. (ie, a little run down) The shower semi flooded as the waste was partially blocked. However they showers had nice hot water and lots of it. The 2 spare pillows in the cupboard has mold on them as it seems they have been sitting there for a while. ”

“Stayed one night after booking online, cheap accommodation $130 per night for stand alone cabin, cosy and warm. Very clean. Incorrectly advertised online as reception open till midnight for check in when in fact it closes at 6pm, staff couldn't contact me in regards to this as agoda doesn't collect guest information to pass on to accommodation.”
