“We stayed here for a week - family of 4, kids 4yo and 7yo. The room was clean and well serviced daily. Staff were helpful. Conference facilities were fantastic. Kids were obsessed with the pool. Things I would like to see: 1. At least one of the many restaurants cater for dietary requirements. My husband is coeliac and we couldn’t eat at any of the venues (we don’t need it to be 100% gluten free, just prepared in a kitchen that understands cross contamination) which was super frustrating and kind of odd that such a huge place that had events there all the time doesn’t offer. 2. The parking situation is terrible. All week we were fighting for a park literally anywhere on site, driving around and around and stalking people to their cars. With two kids, this was pretty annoying, especially when we could see that most people taking all the parks (and at times parking wherever and blocking us in) were attending events and not guests of the hotel. The parking is free but I would have preferred to pay so I know I can come and go and get a spot! 3. Would be great to have a room service app / QR code set up so you don’t have to call and wait and try and remember what it was you want from the menu on the TV screen (which I couldn’t see because of where the room phone was situated). Just a suggestion. Overall - would stay again especially for a conference, but perhaps not with a coeliac husband and young kids!”

“수영장도 훌륭하고 음식도 환상적입니다. 메인 로비는 멋지고 아이들을 위한 놀이 공간도 아주 편리합니다. 다만 객실 내 룸서비스는 제공되지 않습니다. 생수도 없고 커피와 차도 아주 기본적인 것만 제공됩니다(가격과 객실 유형을 고려했을 때). 음식은 바에서 직접 가져와야 하는데, 조용한 곳에 위치한 객실이라면 2~3층 계단을 올라가야 해서 편안하게 쉬기에는 다소 불편합니다. 하지만 메인 수영장에서는 음식과 음료 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 객실에서는 '모든 곳을 청소할 때 물과 소독제를 너무 많이 사용한' 듯한 냄새가 나서 실제보다 더 오래된 것처럼 느껴집니다. 에어컨은 객실 전원을 끄지 않는 한 항상 켜져 있습니다. 유모차를 사용하는 아기가 있다면 1층 객실을 요청하는 것이 좋습니다. 평일 숙박 가격은 괜찮은 편입니다. ”

“Stayed for just one night as was competing in an event at the nearby Carrara Indoor Sports Stadium. Room was SPOTLESSLY clean. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so cleanliness is super important to me, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, despite the couple of negatives mentioned below. First, no breakfast was offered… it’s not a big deal as there’s a 7/11 about 2 minutes walk away, with coffee and snacks, but for some guests, that might be a problem. Secondly, I booked/requested a twin room but got a double/queen. We did get free access to the attached sports centre’s mini golf course, which was really fun. They also have a driving range which seemed well maintained and very reasonably priced. I’ll certainly be staying again if competing nearby in the future! ”

“My partner and I have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the experience every time. The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The restaurant and bar are great and the food is delicious. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive place to stay. ”
