“We’ve chosen this hotel because of its location. It’s just a few minute-drive to Lyell McEwin Hospital (we’re visiting a family member). We arrived at the hotel a bit earlier (past 12nn) and asked one of the staff if we could check-in a bit earlier because my husband wasn’t feeling very well. But told us, we need to check-in at 2pm. I didn’t insist anymore, but they could have been more considerate. Though, we still had a nice stay.”
