“Brand new, very well-maintained facility with absolutely outstanding services. The entire experience was great - starting with check - in which was the fastest and smoothest we have ever experienced, throughout the entire stay, until the check out. We were leaving only at 4PM while the check out was at noon and we could still use the facility the whole afternoon, enjoying last drinks before going to the airport. One thing to mention - food! That was out of this world and definitely the best we have ever experienced. Kudos to the chefs. The seafood, the variety of the selection....was extraordinary! The drinks by the pool and in the bars were great, so was the staff - so welcoming, nice, polite and flexible. The room was spacious, super clean and comfortable. The only lowlight was the sea as the hotel is in the bay hence you get the feeling you are by the lake or a pond. rather than a sea. Other than that - if was a fun-tastic and relaxing vacation. Kudos to the entire RIU team for taking such a good care of all their clients. ”
