2.01명 평가: The first day I checked in, the staff swap my card twice, I spent twice money, but on their machine only display one record. I already confirmed with my bank, and the bank said you did spend twice money, both swap succeed. And I feedback the situation to the hotel again, they asked me to send the bank record to their email, then I can get feedback next day. However the second day no any feedback, and they only said was: sorry for that, I have no solution. Terrible attitude and terrible experience.
