Das Rotspitz

The hotel room is of a decent size with a small bathroom and a shower cabin that could have a little bit more space. The location is good as the hotel is located along the main road. There is enough parking for one car for every room. Achensee is in easy walking distance and the view is impressive. It is a good location for exploring the wider area. We ended up walking to a restaurant at the other side of the lake that we truly enjoyed for the quality and taste of the food and the excellent service we got there. The hotel offers a few extras that we did not use. The only minus point was that the room was very cold with outside temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius at night and no chance to heat up the room a little. So we unfortunately both caught a cold from this stay..
