Agoda app did not show a room that is good for 10 pax so I opted for a family room for 7 with a kitchen and another room for the remaining 3pax. But only after I booked a room good for 10 pax is available thru fb search. The manager was kind enough to let us stay on the family room for 10 pax on our first night of stay. We found out that the original rooms we booked were all in second floor which we find unsafe for kids. So kids must be accompannied with adults all the time. Staff: Staff were welcoming enough. I just though notice that not all of then are wearing uniforms so its kinds difficult on whom to ask since were new to the place. Cleanliness: Quite disappointed about this tbh. On our first room, we noticed that the fridge had a smell. Wardrobes got cobwebs inside them. Toilet flush might take time to refill its own tank. You may either wait or flush with a bucket of water. The next day we moved to the original room I booked. We moved in before 12pm. As we checked the room, everything seems good but the kitchen in the family room was surprising. A dead cockroach was found inside the mini-fridge. The cupboards, which we would want to use to hide our cooking utensils, were unclean and got traces of cockroach poops. Not to mention about the faulty kitchen tap. By the time we want to use the toilet, there many things that I don’t find pleasing. One is the shower head but i guess thats the pail and dipper are for. The toilet tank is not working therefore it cannot flush. The last straw was the bidet when in use releases minimal pressure of water with rusty sediments. We have informed the following issues to the staff. They could’ve handle it better by checking all amenities in the room all in good working conditions . To have SOP in maintaining cleanliness across all rooms and the safety in the resort. To resolve the issue, they have sent a repair man to fix the toilet and another staff changed the faucet to a new one. Plus points is the Breakfast Buffet. To have a lounge singer to entertain the guests having their meals. Food is decent and has a variety. We enjoyed the food. FYI, if you wish to cook or grill, theres an intended area of that at the back area of the resort and you got to bring your own utensils as well. The resort has more to improve yet I’m still recommending them due to affordability and kind staff.
