The Helm Apartments B&B

Not everything advertised and in photos is true. Cons: I booked this place for the reason that I wanted to have access to a bath (tub) while in Westport even if it was a bit pricey from others. They advertised it with bath and shower (all rooms) so i did not find the need to call them to request such. Also, a double bed was what I booked. But when we arrived it was a stand up shower and two single bed put together instead. It was awkward to sleep in it coz you know that anytime you know the bed may split apart. We are a couple and imagine us sleeping in between a two single bed put together. Pros: Clean and was spacious. Near The Quay and Westport house, and shops and food places nearby. Breakfast was traditional irish breakfast and other options.
