Its a very new hotel. The hotel still needs a lot of improvements. The lift was not working which should be informed at the time of booking. As mostly old ppl come for the trip its difficult to climb floors. AC doesnt work, intercom doesnt work, basin leaks, linens are not changed, have to be reminded everyday for drinking water. The staff uses towels given to guests as mop to clean washroom and floor. The room is dusty. A room suggested to us had a lot of dampness in walls with smell. Staff is helpful and prompt but the owners need to pay some attention to the maintenance of the hotel. Overall a very average experience.

The property is newly built but still under development, and unfortunately many services are not available yet. The manager was unresponsive and also spoke in a rude tone. Basic facilities were missing, which made the stay uncomfortable. I would also not recommend this property for older people, as there are stairs without proper accessibility or safety arrangements. Connectivity is also poor, as sharing autos are not easily available from this location to temples and nearby hotels. Compared to other places I have stayed in Vrindavan, those had much better and cost-effective local transport options. Here, visiting any temple requires paying a minimum of around ₹100 for transport, which makes travel inconvenient and expensive. Overall, there are better accommodation options available in Vrindavan with easier connectivity and more convenient transport facilities.
