• -Please take the property key & fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.

• -When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
