• We would like to inform all guests that the property:1. Does not offer any apartments on the ground floor.2. There are no physical keys. Access to the building and apartment is granted with a personal code or an electronic card. They must not be shared with unregistered guests or strangers on the street for security reasons.3. Lights in common areas turn on automatically through a motion detection sensor. The property will not provide a person to walk in front of the guests.4. Leaving any doors open, including the entrance door to the property is strictly forbidden.5. Jumping out of the windows on the ground floor and leaving them open is strictly forbidden.6. The use of any cooking appliances, such as own stove or any other appliance that is not provided by the property and is producing heat, is strictly forbidden.7. The use of candles or anything producing an open fire is strictly forbidden.8. Leaving the apartment covered in trash or in complete dissaray will result in a fine and additional cleaning fee.If the guests require special needs that we are not able to accommodate, they are welcomed to cancel their reservation for free on time, according to the cancellation policy. If the guests do not comply with the hotel policy and pose a risk to the safety of the property and other guests, they will be asked to vacate their apartment without a refund and pay a fine of minimum 200 Euro.This property offers self check-in only.Lost or Stolen Key-Card: In the event of a lost or stolen key-card, guests should immediately notify the hotel's front desk so that appropriate action can be taken, such as deactivating the lost key-card and issuing a replacement.
