I was surprised when I checked in because after reading negative reviews you didn't expect anything better but it really surprised me that things are not so bad as they are pictured. Good spacious room, clean sheets, good bathroom, working TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, what else do you need from a budget hotel. Got early check-in without any fuss. Breakfast is limited but sufficient. Overall good value proposition. Only downside is location if you're visiting city without a vehicle. Recommended to all.

Being renovated
Our room was one of the newly renovated ones. The Keurig was new but didn’t work. Bed was new and FIRM for me. Hotel is located well and airport shuttle van was new and ran every 30 minutes. Nice convenience

Nightmare at the Front Desk
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on a regular basis the past few months. We love the cleanliness and the staff is typically very friendly and accommodating. We always feel welcome and are happy with our stay. We never encountered any issues or problems or have had any difficulties with any of the staff… until our last visit. We stayed on 11/27/25 and then decided to stay again on 11/28/25 because our Anniversary was the next day. It is common for us to spontaneously decide to stay another night. Every time we have done this I have made another reservation online and then called down to the front desk to inform them that we are staying again. Typically, I am told that it’s no problem and to bring my key down whenever we come down so it can be updated. We then go back to sleep with no worries and enjoy our day together. The morning of 11/28/25 was absolutely unbelievable because of the employee at the front desk. When I called down to the front desk I was interrupted mid sentence and in a very rude tone of voice and unaccommodating manner told that I need to come down before 11 with my ID and check in again. I attempted to tell her what I am normally told and was interrupted again and sternly told that she didn’t care what other people do and that I was to come down there with my ID. Every time I attempted to speak, she spoke over me. Then, I went downstairs with my ID. There was an older African American woman at the front desk with glasses and a line all the way to the door. Since I just wanted to go back to bed with my husband and enjoy our day together, I stood in line and waited for quite some time. There was a customer in front of me having issues because she had also paid to stay again and the rude lady at the desk said she didn’t see her reservation. I simply said that maybe it hadn’t populated in her system yet if the reservation was made online because I’ve had that issue before. She told me to be quiet, she knew that, and she knows how to do her job. So I stood in line and watched her make that lady pay for a second time in cash. When it was my turn she asked me what my problem was. And I told her that she had been rude to me on the phone and that I didn’t appreciate it. She then raised her voice and told me that she wasn’t rude, that I was! I put my ID and room key down on the corner of the counter and asked to just be checked in again. I was over this interaction and her negativity was not going to ruin my day or my anniversary. But then she told me she was not going to check me in because she didn’t like my attitude!!!! That my reservation was null and void!!!! I told my husband what happened so he came to the desk with me and we tried again. And she told him she wasn’t going to check us in because of my attitude!!! As frustrated as I was, I never even used any profanity!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told that her manager told her that she didn’t have to check us in. We then talked to the supervisor for house keeping trying to talk to a manager or the owners because this entire situation was completely ridiculous, childish, and unbelievable! Completely unacceptable and unnecessary!!!! We were eventually let back in our room by housekeeping and our key was updated by the employee at the front desk after her shift was over without any issues at all. I have worked in customer service. Sometimes you may not like the customer or their attitude. But it is always your job to accommodate them to ensure their needs are met to the best of your ability. And if you are unable to then you go find a manager to do service recovery to resolve the problem. This employee at the front desk lacks customer service skills and communication skills. I’m not sure she even likes human beings at all. Sadly, during all of this unnecessary commotion and drama There were several other customers that said that she treated them poorly as well. As a regular customer, it is my suggestion that you avoid allowing this employe
