Cenotes Resort at Hacienda Sotuta de Peon

This hotel was easily the highlight of all the places we stayed during our Yucatan road trip. The photos do not do it justice. We had an upper room with a king bed, and it was perfect. We only booked for one night but I wish we had stayed at least one more night. The facilities are gorgeous, the tour was excellent, and although the weather was too cold to use the pool, the cenote felt marvelous. The only food to be had is on the resort itself - we had hoped to grab a quick dinner in the nearest town on the way to check-in. There were many permanently closed restaurants in town, and nothing available for us. We ate three meals in the resort restaurants. It's not a cheap stay, especially for the Yucatan, but it's worth it!
