Seaside Serenity w/ Sunrise @ Saekyung Village One

This could be a great place to stay but as the title of this review states: they bare minimum effort: -Residential area: The lack of communication is unreal. You need to literally ask for EVERYTHING as NO INFORMATION is provided at all. We were on our way to the residential area and security stopped us at the gate asking for our building number. As I said they did not provide that information and we had to wait with security at the gate until they replied. They replied: "ok, check". No sense at all. We asked once again and then they told us the building number and room number. -Check-in: The person that checks you in is the security guard of the building. He asks for your name and gives you the key for the room. -Apartment: Toiletries are supposed to be provided but this is NOT TRUE. There was a used toilet paper and it was almost finished. NO shampoo or shower gel. NO hairdryer. The fridge had OPEN and HALF EMPTY bottles of soda. (Which they charge you for. We quickly took pictures and sent them to prove we did not open nor drink them). NO hot water. We booked this apartment mainly because it had a washing machine BUT there's a sign stating a FEE of 500 PESOS for using it!!!!! (Once again INFORMATION NOT PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE!). -Noise: I HIGHLY SUGGEST getting EAR PLUGS otherwise you'll be listening to your neighbours blasting off music at any time, dogs barking and rosters. Really POOR SOUNDPROOFING.
