Golden Abha Al Medyaf

We came there because we had an appointment in the heart centre of Abha city , unfortunately there has been changes in plans, we were supposed to do a heart surgery for our daughter but the doctor was not available for some reason even we came for the appointment, so we had to cancel the reservation midway you know after 3 days and we spoke to the customer service of Agoda, the response was that the hotel management has to approve of the cancellation , we spoke to them and they refused. So no cooperation whatsoever. Not planning on coming back to them again.
