• ✅ Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards (No early check-in unless pre-arranged)

• ✅ Check-out: Strictly by 11:00 AM (Late check-out charges apply)

• ✅ Security Deposit: A RM300 refundable deposit is required before check-in

• 🧼 Cleanliness & Care

• 🔹 Please keep the home clean and tidy during your stay

• 🔹 NO shoes inside the house – let’s keep the floors spotless! 👣✨

• 🔹 Dispose of trash properly in the designated bins

• 🔹 Do not move furniture around—this helps us maintain the home in perfect condition

• 🔹 Any stains, spills, or damages should be reported immediately

• 🔇 Respect & Consideration

• 🔹 NO parties or loud noise – let’s be mindful of neighbors 👂🚫

• 🔹 Registered guests only – no unregistered visitors staying overnight

• 🔹 Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM – please respect the peaceful environment

• ❌ Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house (A fine applies for violations) 🚭

• ❌ No pets allowed – we love them, but our home must stay allergen-free 🐾

• 🔹 Turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when not in use – let’s conserve energy 🌱

• 🔹 Lock the doors and windows when leaving for security purposes 🔐

• 🔹 No illegal activities or prohibited substances – we have a zero-tolerance policy

• 🔹 Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning will result in deductions from the security deposit

• 🔹 If everything is in order, your RM300 deposit will be fully refunded after check-out
