So we pulled up at the hotel another couple had already been waiting for half an hour when we got there they told me the landlady was drunk and in bed so I knocked on her window she eventually came to the door pissed out of her nut slurring her words and staggering all other the place When I asked for our room she said the rooms weren’t ready yet and to come back in half an hour exactly what she told one of the other couples, two other couples turned up at this point waiting for there rooms The landlady then proceeded to go and get the keys for the rooms to show us how bad the rooms were, can easily say I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there let alone me and the wife anyway she tried to show us one room there was someone in the bed then she tried to show us another room and you guessed it there was someone in that bed too the whole place stinks of mould and is really rundown couple of internal windows were broken without any boarding so you could quite easily cut yourself on the shards of glass still in the door When I asked for a refund she told me she hadn’t taken no money yet although it was taken a week before I got there and then told me that her computer was broken ( this may have been true ) and her mobile had been stolen the night before although we heard it ringing from her basement room so didn’t get a refund at the time We obviously didn’t stay there neither did any of the other 3 couples I strongly suggest you don’t stay here the place shouldn’t be allowed to be open I will be seeking my full refund
