Overall property is very nice location awesome but electricity issue and staff issue.

There is no mention in their web site or in Agoda that there is no lift facility even though it is a multi storied building. The staff behavior to this surprise for me to take a room in 3rd floor was very adamant and we have no option left. Regarding WiFi it is very poor and except Airtel no other mobile net work works in this Island. Food quality and other services are Good.

Clean. Room is excellent. Food is good. Multiple options for breakfast under both veg and non-veg. Wi-Fi is slow. Staff is a bit overworked as I could see only 1 lady doing everything.

We stayed on 9th Oct , though our booking was upto 11th paid , we had to check out on 10th Oct due to the death in the family. The room they gave us said upgraded . But the room was dusty, bath rooms were dirty , with half roll toilet tissues. I had to ask them to get the toilet tissues in the early morning . Later while I was brushing teeth , the fosset pipe broke and water was all over our room . The Air conditioning wasn't working at all. We had called the technicians twice on that night but it wasn't helpful. The water was everywhere inside the room where we had difficulty to pack our bags . On 9th night the shower was broken too so we ended up taking bath without the shower. Even after all that I had emailed Karthik the reservation manager regarding the refund for a day that we were checking out and he never replied on the status. We do understand they have refund policy issues , which is okay but at least should have the courtesy to reply for being good despite of all such issues with the room they provided. This is the wrong hotel to book if you are planning to have a peaceful occasion as the things they have are old and the rooms are dirty. The staff in the front desk were good while checking in . I had a Kannada speaking staff to interact with , but the service otherwise was horrible. The food in the restaurant is expensive and the quality is pathetic. No taste. When you charge so much at least serve good food .. The staff who came were only focused on tip money where I didn't pay any tips for the way the reason they gave us the room Anyways I won't recommend anyone this hotel. Don't believe the pictures they have posted here.

I recently stayed at Sea Hill Resort, and my experience was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The rooms are spacious and generally well-maintained, and the staff behavior was polite and respectful. However, the cleanliness standards were not consistent. The toilet was not properly cleaned, the washroom tap was dirty, and even the glasses provided in the room were rough and not clean, which is unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were mosquitoes in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially at night. The breakfast was also disappointing, as some basic items were missing and the overall spread was limited. One of the most frustrating experiences was related to basic service. I had brought some food items from home and simply requested a plate and spoon, but the hotel staff refused to provide cutlery for outside food. This felt unreasonable and inconvenient, as such a basic request should not be denied. The resort does have a pool with timing from 9 AM to 9 PM, but there are strict rules like no drinks allowed in the pool area, which reduces the overall relaxation experience. Overall, while the room size and staff behavior are positive points, the issues with cleanliness, service restrictions, and poor breakfast significantly affect the experience. The management seriously needs to improve hygiene standards and guest-friendly policies.
