Best place in Helsinki city center, 10 minutes from Mall street, near to small sized park. Easy check-in and out, neat and cozy room.

From the reviews, I realised that it will not be easy to get into the hotel if you did not book directly from them. I decided to write directly to the hotel in advance which is a fantastic idea. They were able to check me in via email and provided me with the door code and my room number. It was super easy and fuss free from then. They have all the necessary amenities from kettle, coffee and tea to fridge and even a microwave! Wifi is free and worked great! I love the location and you can walk to all attractions easy and quickly. The only negative point - the mattress was stained under the linen when I checked on the day I checked out. Too late for any action any way.

I do not usually leave bad reviews for places i’ve stayed but this place is thus far one of the worst. The hotel is uncontactable and did not send over information on check in on the actual day at all, no reception or people to reach out to, main hotline is also uncontactable.

This hotel does not have a staffed lobby. When I arrived I was meet by a closed door which needed a code to enter. After a couple of minutes a cleaner came and opened the door for me, and told me that I needed to contact costumer service via a phone in the "lobby". The line was awful, and the person on the other side apparently did not have my contact information, so we used a good 5 minutes trying to convey that info correctly. After that I was sent a code which worked on the doors. Other than a lack of information about the check-in procedure, and the bed being a bit hard for my taste, everything was good.

With no reception counter, we had a problem during check in day as no email or message in Agoda to explain on the check in process. My access code to the hotel & room was given after I contacted the customer service at the hotel via the telephone available at the lobby. The staff activated my code for early check in, i.e. 30 minutes early. Overall, good hotel to stay with affordable rate.
