시티 프로퍼의 아파트먼트 (800m², 침실 1개, 프라이빗 욕실 1개)

Booked a room 6 days prior to when I should be checking in in this hotel; on the day I was supposed to check in, I was told by the receptionist that there is no reservation under my name. I calmly showed my booking receipt and booking ID and still she cant seem to find my name on her notebook with the list of the guests that day. She then called the one who was “assigned” for online booking transactions of their hotel and after a while she received a call by the “assigned” person and was told that he just received my booking confirmation on the day of my supposed check in and on the time when I was talking to the receptionist for my check in process. I was so confused as I received my booking confirmation right after I payed for the room through this website — 6 days prior to my check in. I asked the receptionist if they overlooked my booking or they just gave my room to someone they know (lol). She kept on saying they can’t do anything about it after stressing me as I can’t find another hotel to accommodate. Peñafrancia Fiesta so most of the hotels are fully booked and that’s why I booked ahead of time to avoid such thing to happen. Very inconvenient, I was so tired because I traveled all the way from Jose Panganiban, Cam Norte, and just want to rest after arriving in Naga but it just caused me inconvenience and stress. I’m just sharing my experience so the management will do better.
