Condo at SMDC Wind Residences Tagaytay

I’m very satisfied with the caretaker, Venus. She was able to get us a parking space within the bldg even at the last minute. I have been asking the owner about the parking situation since Feb. but the response that I got was to message a week before the check in date which was Holy Week/April. I asked ahead of time so there won’t be issues. So a week before I asked the owner again, and I was told I will be given the caretaker’s info the day before to work on the parking situation. When I messaged Venus the day before, there’s no more parking space available. She said everything was booked in advance. I told her I have been trying to get one months before. Even on the day itself I was asking her if she can get us one inside the bldg. Last minute she was able to get us one. It was 500 per night and we stayed for 2 nights so that’s 1K which is not bad compared if we parked in the clubhouse. Last time we parked there for an overnight stay we paid Php800. So it’s still cheaper to park in the bldg. There was also no Netflix or even Cable. We were planning to just chill inside but ended up being super bored because there was nothing to do. There was also water dripping from the AC but it’s minimal issue. It would have been a disaster if not for the caretaker. I will give Venus A+ but not the owner and the place.
