Nice room in a condo, not bad for the price We paid PHP 1,340 for 1 room, and it’s not bad for the price, we paid additional PHP 300 for full night parking ( but we parked only from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM ), we checked in at around 8:00 PM and checked out at 4:00 AM, room and design of the room is nice (we can say it’s up to date, modern at least), it’s not old (classic style), bathroom is good also as well, as per our experienced in this room condo ( 10i ) we can say we like to choose again this type of room for the same price (max. Up to PHP 1,400), there is some negative comments we have to say if possible please improve and solve these small issues, - I called (1 time only when I was in reception to ask about the room key when we are in the G/F area ) the PHL mobile no. mentioned in AGODA ( (0915) 133 2900 ) around 6:40 PM but no response, anyway once we went up to his room 17R to get the key, he was accommodating so it’s ok, when we checked out also early in the morning around 4:00 AM, he was accommodating also so it’s ok, just for next customer, please try to answer to call because it’s really important to guide the customer - the wash basin in the bathroom is little bit blocked, so the water gets stocked for quite some time so we used the kitchen wash basin for brushing teeth and washing face, please solve also that wash basin blockage in the bathroom - there is TV but the TV remote cover is broken ( both TV remote and TV box remote cover also is broken ) I tried to use it but I found that situation of two (2) TV remote - the parking given to us is no. 9i , we paid for PHP 300 and we got this little bit bad parking slot because it’s on the corner side, all of the parking was straight parking but the slot given to us is the worst one so we are not happy with the parking slot 9i that was given to us honestly, especially when we saw / when we checked our around 4:00 AM and found that there are many available straight position parking slots ( and we paid PHP 300 for it), we are just want to share our experiences so it may help other/future customers/guests as well ) hoping that next time when we choose again this condominium/hotel for 1 night stay they will give us a straight position parking not the slant/corner/worst one Overall review: 80% our of 100%
