It was the best hotel experience I've ever had in the country during my six years of study in Malaysia. From cleanliness and comfort to outstanding customer service, this hotel exceeded my expectations on every front. First and foremost, the hotel's cleanliness and comfort were unparalleled. Every aspect of the accommodation was meticulously maintained, making it the most satisfying stay I've had among numerous hotels in Malaysia. The attention to detail truly stood out, providing a level of comfort that made my stay exceptional. The staff at this hotel deserve special commendation for their kindness and respect. In particular, a staff member named Shan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. During the check-in process, I inquired about the availability of a prayer mat. To my surprise, Shan not only provided a prayer mat but also upgraded my booking to a larger and more expensive room for free, emphasizing the importance of comfort during prayers. This gesture, especially from a non-Muslim, showcased remarkable humanity. Additionally, when I realized at mednight that I had forgotten to print crucial documents for an embassy interview the next early morning, Shan came to my rescue by personally printing the documents fro free, saving me from a potential disaster. One notable positive aspect was the absence of the tourist tax, a common annoyance in other accommodations. This hotel was the first I've encountered that did not charge a tourist tax, providing a refreshing break from the double taxation often experienced through online booking platforms and upon check-in. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for business trips. Its strategic location, ample free parking, well-designed rooms, and attentive staff make it an ideal choice. In my extensive experience with small hotels in Malaysia (over 30 in total), this establishment stands out as a shining example of how all hotels should treat their guests.
