Bilitom Hotel

The physical property and the rooms are very good, with a comfortable bed, good AC unit and spacious bathroom. The service however, is very poor. It takes half an hour to get a small item delivered for the room, and there is no respect for the do not disturb sign. Their booking system appears to have some problems as well, since my Agoda booking didn’t arrive in their system. The sound insulation in the room is poor: I could hear the people in the next room talking well into the night, as well as the sound of water in the pipes from another room when I’m in the bathroom. Overall, this hotel would be fine for one night if someone is a heavy sleeper and doesn’t need any special requests.
