Hotel review Koh Kood Club: Overall: avoid this hotel. Here is why: - arrive at the hotel, the staff inform us that there are electricity issues, making the Aircon and other electric devices in the room shut down every 10 min. The room becomes an oven during day time and you simply can't stay in the room at all. During the night, it does not get better and makes it impossible to sleep. - At the time of checkout (12:00 on paper) a staff comes to our room at 11:00am to rush us out saying that out shuttle to the pier is arrived. But no shuttle at all in the end, have to wait one hour outside waiting for the shuttle to come. - no apologies, no staff being able to speak proper English and no service mindset. The owner claimed that we will get refunded 1 night at fan room price, we are still waiting. The beach is beautiful though, so I suggest booking other hotels nearby. It will save your holidays.
