Comfy Bunkbeds at BSA

Check in time was 2pm, and we arrived at 6pm but the room was not yet ready/cleaned. The staff was still cleaning it for another hour. They ask for P75/head for utility which was not shown in their post and another P300 for deposit The worst thing was that, there were a lot of bed bugs (SUROT) on the bed, beddings, walls everywhere. Yucks! It was a really a terrible experience. We did not sleep comfortably. It was so annoying and disgusting As to the refund of P300, it took 4 days before they gave it to me thru gcash with my constant calls and texts.
